Article 1: General
These terms and conditions of sale are known to each buyer and apply to all orders placed on this website. Article 2: Control and confirmation
The customer agrees to fill the various existing entries (address, delivery address, method of payment...). In case of error in the address of the recipient, Nextmune US cannot be held responsible for delivery failure to the recipient. Costs related to the delivery of the package to another recipient or a new delivery address will be charged to the customer.
Each order is subject to the acceptance of Nextmune US who reserves its right to reject any order due to insufficient inventory, incomplete customer information, or for any other lawful reasons.
The customer who, after completing the order, in accordance with the instructions given on the site, confirms the order by clicking on the button "pay" fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. Any contrary condition is void against the seller, unless prior express written acceptance of it.

Products are shipped in the US to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

The products cannot be returned beyond legal time limits, except for shipping errors from our part.
